The BCJ-3850 is a BC Jacket designed to create absolute tank stability. In addition to the Ultimate Stabilizing Harness witch prevents the tank moving around thanks to the dual rails, it also employs an Indepandent Harness System.The Tank Suspention System has been improved to allow the diver to adjust the tank to the preferred tension after putting it on. This level of stability was impossible with the previous BC Jackets. Also, in addition to TUSA's own O.P.E.V. system, two dump valves have been added to allow a rapid pressure exhaust in any position. The weight system with its quick-release function, provides comfort and outstanding weight balance.

3D type bladder assures greatest buoyancy with compact size. By adding one additional layer of thickness (a gusset) to the previous two-dimensional type (flat) air bag, a three-dimensional air back has been created and inner volume has been greatly increased. The benefit is a more compact design with greater buoyancy. Also, the BCJ-5550 uses a 1000 denier nylon for optimum strength and durability.

Advanced Weight Loading System. In the new design, the weight loading system has evolved into a buckle type. Setting weight has become even easier than in conventional products. The construction allows the diver to insert weights into the weight-cartridges as well as into the loading pockets on the front of the jacket. Additionally, with weight distribution to the shoulder area, the weighed-down feeling that traditionally associated with weight belt is eliminated. Four kilograms (maximum: 6kg/13.2 lbs.) of weight can be placed in each of the left and right sides, and the two service pockets on the rear side of the jacket can each hold up to one kilogram (maximum: 2kg/4.4 lbs.) of additional weight. (Total recommended weight: 10kg/22 lbs.; maximum: 16kg/35.2 lbs.) Naturally, the weight cartridge is easy to release in an emergency, but the safety lock makes sure that it is not released accidentally.

Soft pad. Thick cushions are used for the back pads, achieving a comfortable fit.

Waist Support System. The bottom of the shoulder straps can be attached in either of two positions which are appropriate to the conditions of use and the body type of the diver, thus improving the fit.

The BCJ-9100 is a jacket that is particularly sensitive to the needs of female divers. The comfortable fit is supported by a number of features. The bladder uses a high cut line to ensure smooth hip movement. On the shoulder section, a high chest belt (removable) minimizes pressure on the chest area. The position on the shoulders behind the neck is linked to the new angle adjuster so that even ladies with narrow shoulders can be sure that the jacket will not slip off. Thick, solid cushions are used for the back pads and shoulder pads, achieving a comfortable fit. Also, in order to ensure that the weight cartridge can be loaded easily once the jacket is on, it employs a buckle type advanced loading system where the cartridge is installed at 20 degrees to the bottom line of the body. Female divers can easily load and release the cartridge.

The bladder is made of 420 denier nylon, a material that provides an excellent fit without sacrificing flexibility or strength. Unnecessary functions and accessories have been eliminated, enabling a lightweight XS size of only 2.3kg/5 lbs. This is especially convenient when traveling to a diving resort by air or other forms of public transport, or for female divers who find heavy jackets difficult to carry. Naturally, the Integrated Stabilizing Harness and the Independent Harness System also ensure outstanding tank holding performance.

Integrated Stabilizing Harness
A new Integrated Stabilizing Harness has been developed for the BCJ-1600. In order to reduce the weight, the previous long rail type Ultimate Stabilizing Harness has been redesigned to a more compact size. Of course, the superior concept of the Ultimate Stabilizing Harness remains the same, with two rails firmly securing the tank. The harness is compact and yet tightly holds the tank, preventing it from slipping or shaking whether in the sea or on land.
